Trip to Madrid
Yes I am in Madrid for a three days trip. Too bad I don´t have that much time to go around but basically there´s nothing much to see in Madrid aside from museums that I basically don´t enjoy so nothing much to missed out.
As any other trip that I have I was quite tense. Hoping and praying so hard that this trip will be worth it for them. They refused this meeting so many times already but my boss insited that they needed to sit with me and talk. After so much convincing they finally bent so imagine the stress I was going through inside.
I arrived here yesterday morning. Enough time for me to go around. I am staying in Wellington Hotel, situated in the most prestigious street in Madrid. I like it instantly, the best that I have ever been to in Europe of course PH hotels are still way ahead in terms of customer service and facilities but for Europe Standard this is the best!
So one day has finished and so far it is going so perfectly. I prayed so hard this morning and every waking time that I have asking for his infinite wisdom and so far the comments were:
- I wish I had this meeting with you way way before, i would have not experience any problem of any sort.
- Your report is so professional, I will adapt it for myself.
With or without the comments I am happy that the meeting was helpful for them, that´s my only aim.
I will still have to finish one more report for a meeting on Wednesday in Geneva. After this I´m heading back to my nice hotel and pack my things and have a great meal!
December is fastly approaching… I am so excited to go home to finally be with my family and my archie. I will post pictures soon!
